The Creative Lab
Managed digital and community projects for QLD Museum. Directed and filmed documentary style videos to accompany objects on the floor. In depth interviewing and observational filming with indigenous and QLD communities. Community co-curation projects including Pop UP Museums and the ‘crowd sourced’ online exhibition What do you collect?

The Edge- State Library of Queensland
Managed a project called Libraryhack for The Edge, delivering a range of activities and events state-wide to encourage Queenslanders to mashup content from the old library catalogues. Involved photo & digital arts mashups, data mashups and music re-mixes.

Local Producer (Arts)- 2010
Victorian Youth Arts Market, Young People in the Arts Australia (YPAA)
YPAA is the national peak body for Youth Arts in Australia. I was employed as a Local Producer in Melbourne for the 1st Victorian Youth Arts Market. 30 youth arts companies showcased their work over a 5 day event held at iconic youth arts venues in Melbourne: The Arts Centre, SIGNAL & ArtPlay.

Creative Director/Producer- 2009
“From Little Things” Community Media Project
A series of 10 digital media workshops with young Sudanese women who attended The River Nile Learning Centre. Most women were teenage mothers and all disengaged from mainstream educational programs. Photography, blogging and film-making along with building the groups leadership and communication skills were the main focus areas. Footscray Community Arts Centre
Community liaison and event assistance for “Sunday Session Music Series”, “ABC Radio Conversations with Jon Faine live at Footscray Arts centre” and “The BIG Reveal”. Development of new partner organisations for FCAC’s Membership program.

Synopsis: Thomas Banks is a young, gay playwright with cerebral palsy who is on a quest to find true love; he struggles to find someone who will commit, looks for love in all the wrong places and crosses many hurdles to come to terms with his disability; will he learn to love himself by opening night?

“Fingal Rapskallion” 7 minutes
Screened on ABC Shorts 2008. Directed and Written by: Dewmymah Legg
A portrait of ‘Fingal Rapskallion’ who is a busker, musician and writer. An observational/ interview based documentary, it follows Fingal through the alleyways, streets and subways of Melbourne.

Footscray Community Arts Centre
Produced a series of web videos for FCAC throughout the August ‘Winter Music Series’. Interviewed key arts contributors from various govt and non-govt arts organisations, such as The Art Centre to create a series of short documentary style videos for screening at ‘The Big Reveal’ Event at FCAC in November 2010.

Produced the “Wake up Kevin Rudd” short film media stunt and documented (film & photographs) various Oxfam events such as the Climate Change hearing and Indigenous Leaders Forum & Photography Project.

“Lightsite” The construction of a 3x4m camera obscura around Bremer Bay documenting people in their landscape. Artist & Architect: Ian Weir, A regional ArtsWA funded public art project.
