About my work:

Based in Perth, Western Australia, I work in documentary film, museum, contemporary art and curation. I’ve screened my award winning films at international festivals and have broadcast them on Stan and SBS in Australia. I completed my studies in documentary film at the Victorian College of the Arts, University of Melbourne in 2008 and Anthropology honours at the University of Western Australia in 2001.

Guided by my passion for storytelling, I love researching and documenting with my camera and audio recorder. I often work with communities to share previously untold stories which explore themes relating to multiculturalism, identity and belonging, memory, cultural practices and contemporary art. I’m currently developing my skills as a public artist and have produced my first commission for the new Morley to Ellenbrook line for Metronet.
